Building Campaign
After 24 years of ministry in Poland,
We have grown to 50 members, plus many children and visitors, and we simply no longer fit. Renting a larger space is not sustainable; costs are prohibitively high and beyond our means.
The congregation has now taken a bold step of faith and voted to move toward purchasing land and building a permanent home for the Siedlce church, one that will also house our publishing ministry and provide conference rooms to train Polish pastors. This facility could become a strategic hub, a true beachhead for gospel advancement across Poland.
Although there are many needs for a building, here are three:
To those in our city, the word “church” refers to the nine majestic Roman Catholic sanctuaries, each a brick masterpiece crowned with belfries that pierce the sky. The oldest church building in our city dates back to 1530, and was replaced by the “new building”, which was completed in 1740.
This is what a Pole imagines when we speak of “church”.
Our congregation gathers in a rented suite designed initially as a dentist’s office. We share the building with a plumbing supply outlet, a spa salon, and a bodybuilding gym. Often, in the quietness of prayer, the clank of iron plates and the thud of barbells echo through the walls.
Renting commercial space undermines our credibility in the community. To neighbors and passersby, we seem transient, a passing fad. They question whether we’ll still be here next month, let alone a decade from now.
Owning our own building, perhaps with a cross-topped steeple, would signal permanence and significantly influence how we are viewed in our community.
Many church plants started by American missionaries never outgrow their reliance on U.S. funding. Freeing them from that dependency is a top priority.
We need a deliberate strategy to guide the congregation toward full financial independence.
The Siedlce congregation is already generous and on a strong trajectory. The biggest expense in our current budget is rent. Owning our own facility would eliminate that cost, enabling sustainable growth and marking a decisive step toward thriving without dependence on U.S. financial support.
The Siedlce congregation needs a building in which to worship and fellowship. 2. Office space for the translation ministry – God has opened doors for us to translate theologically sound resources for the church of Jesus Christ in Poland, from elementary-age Sunday school curriculum up to resources for pastors. 3. Publishing ministry – we need warehouse facilities to store books from which resources can be shipped around the country. 4. Conference rooms – we have already begun training future leaders for the church in Poland. We need classrooms and space to facilitate an internship program.

Financial Self-Sufficiency

Three Phases
The project will unfold in three phases over the next few years, with a goal, by God’s provision, of completing one phase per year.
Phase 1: Purchase Property
Phase 2: Construct the Building
Phase 3: Finish the Interior
Total Needed: $975,000
Giving Through Financial Support
We cannot do this alone.
We need hundreds of partners across the body of Christ, churches, small groups, families, and individuals, to join us in prayer and giving.
- Will you pray with us that God would provide every dollar needed?
- Will you consider giving toward this vision? No gift is too small. May God provide a wave of $20, $50, and $100 gifts!
Phase 1 could be fully funded with just 35 gifts of $5,000. - Would your church, Sunday school class, small group, or family prayerfully consider a $5,000 donation to launch this project?
We also urgently need advocates. I don’t have many hours to commit to fundraising, sending emails, making calls, and networking. I should give my time to the church planting ministry here in Poland. Would you be willing to share this need with mission-minded friends, your church, or your network? Your voice could multiply our reach exponentially.
Thank You to Our Donors

- The Rogers family – $114
- David Allen – $200
